Accounts Assistant

• Ensuring proper invoices are sent across to the customers.
• Payment follows ups with customers.
• Efficient management of bank deposits, withdrawals, payments and receipts on a daily basis.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments/units.
• Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings and track receivables; reconcile monthly accounts receivable.
• Prepare and file annual financial statements for the area assigned.
• Assist with the preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets.
• Assist with the fiscal year-end and fixed asset accounting.
• Assist departmental personnel with budget questions, proper expenditure. distribution, document processing and other accounting related activities.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

Sales Co-ordinator

• Preparing of Quotes.
• Delivery Requisitions.
• Follow – up on Payments.
• Follow - up with Clients for Sales.
• Coordinate with Sales Team on stock availability thus allowing immediate feedback to clients.
• Follow – up with Clients on Delivery Receivables.
• Qualify Customers through Tele-Marketing.
• Coordinate with Team for Forecasts.
• Filling up entire details on SFA.
• Carry out Mail Shots through Direct Mail and e-mail.
• Coordinate with team in facilitating and implementing the marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with Technical Dept. and with clients for after Sales Support and any service related issues and have them sorted out immediately.
• Organizing and planning weekly programs.

Sales Executive (Rex Rotary)

• Defining specifications in meeting customer’s requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate regional sales forecasts and account management.
  
• Support client requirements for new products.
  
• Coordinate sales and client requirements with internal groups.
• Ability to meet flexible travel requirements in support of clients.
• Demonstrated track record of success selling in sales of related product lines.
• Maintaining loyalty from existing customers through regular review visits.
• Calling on potential customers to demonstrate products and attempt to win new markets.
• Ensuring that they fully understand customers' businesses and requirements.
• Acting as an information channel between company and its products and existing/potential markets.
• Expanding the current prospect list.
